Welcome to Art is Bond, come in have a seat, but close the door and don’t let out my good heat! My name is Te’Niijah, and I am the proud owner of Art is Bond. I initially launched Art is Bond as an Etsy shop in May of 2020, and since it was well-received, later launched the full website in September of 2021. I sell apparel, mugs, notebooks, wall art and candles all designed to love-on, energize and empower the Black community. I am a proud HBCU graduate , (Hampton University of course! 💙 ) , who is incredibly inspired and fueled by black culture and community. In a time and place where the worth of a Black life has been debated consistently, institutionally, and on a global scale, Art is Bond is here to celebrate the brilliance of Black America, and our coveted culture. My products are developed to make Black people feel as beautiful as they truly are, and as proud as we should be! Art is Bond products are a reflection of the Black experience. They evoke nostalgia, empower & cultivate community. Fun fact, "music is my love language" (I even made this into a tee!), specifically '90s R&B, so I consider it a blessing that I was able to incorporate my passions into what I do every day.
